For hotel owners in Nigeria

See every booking, every payment and every room. Even when you're not there.

Ivory Key runs your front desk, guest bills and housekeeping, on the desk computer and on your team's phones. A guest can't check out owing unless a manager gives a reason, and the reason stays on record. Card payments go straight into your own Paystack or Credipay account.

No card needed. Priced in naira, from ₦49,000.00 a month.

  • Nobody leaves owing quietly.
  • The money goes to your account.
  • Your Book Now button takes real bookings.
  • Your team runs it on their phones.
The front desk on a laptop: checking out Adaobi Okeke from Room 201 shows ₦110,000.00 still to pay, checkout blocked, and a button to take the payment
A guest owes ₦110,000.00. The desk can’t check them out until it’s paid, or a manager overrides it with a reason.

Does this sound like your hotel?

Most hotels run on a register book, a chat group and the owner’s phone.

  • “I’ve sent it, check your phone.” A transfer alert nobody can match to a booking.
  • A guest left owing on Saturday night. Nobody can say who let them go.
  • The same room sold twice. The register says one thing and the chat says another.
  • The caution fee disappeared. Was it returned, kept, or never collected?
  • You find out on Monday. By then it’s history.

It works until it doesn’t. Ivory Key puts the booking, the guest, the room and the bill in one record, so every naira has a name next to it.

Your rules. Your staff’s names. Your money.

  • Nobody leaves owing quietly.

Checkout is blocked while a guest owes. Only someone you allow can override it, and they must type a reason.

  • The desk adds charges. It can’t remove them.

Front desk can post the bar bill and record cash, POS and transfers. Reversing a charge or approving a refund needs a manager, or you.

  • Guest payments go to your own account.

Guest payments go into your own Paystack or Credipay account. Each provider charges its own fees and tells you what they are directly. Ivory Key is paid only the monthly subscription; we take no share of what your guests pay you.

Your “Book Now” button can take real bookings.

Put your booking link in your Instagram bio, or on a website you already have. Keep rooms back for walk-ins and regulars, so online booking never sells your last room. A booking made online and one typed in at the desk land in the same list.

Online booking starts on Front Desk, ₦99,000.00 a month.

A laptop showing Heritage Hotel Lagos’s own website: a photo of the hotel, its name, and dates and guests to check live rates
A hotel website made in the website builder from the hotel’s own rooms, photos and prices. Its Book Now takes the same bookings.
A phone showing Heritage Hotel Lagos’s booking page: the hotel’s photo and name, check-in and check-out dates, guests, and Check availability
From Front Desk, your hotel has its own booking page: your link, your rooms, your prices.

Your booking link is the start. Your own website goes further.

The booking link lets guests book. A website tells them why they should: your rooms, what is on offer, photos, and how to find you. The website builder starts from what is already in Ivory Key, so you pick a look, change the words and pictures, and publish. Prices stay today’s on their own, and its Book Now takes the same bookings as your link. No web designer, nothing to host.

Included in Complete and Enterprise. On Operations and Front Desk, it is ₦12,000.00 a month.

Your guests’ stay, on their own phone.

Each room has a stay card with a QR code. The guest scans it, sets a PIN, and from then on orders to the room, asks for anything they need and tells housekeeping when to come. Every request reaches the right team on their own phones, and someone takes it, so you can see who has it. Nobody calls reception, and nothing is written on a scrap of paper.

The stay card, room service and guest requests are on Complete.

A guest’s phone: Palmline’s room-service menu, a Nigerian breakfast at ₦14,500.00 and jollof rice at ₦12,500.00 in the cart, ₦27,000.00 in total, and Review order

Built for a new receptionist on day one.

  • The room turns “dirty” the moment a guest checks out, and housekeeping sees the cleaning job on their phone.
  • When the cleaning is done, the room goes back to clean.
  • Each person sees what their job needs. The desk can take payments; only a manager or you can reverse a charge.
A housekeeper’s phone: Room 105, turnover clean, 42 minutes left, ready by 13:00, with a button to mark it done
Checkout gave housekeeping the job. It counts down to when the room must be ready.

Honest answers

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

No. Guest payments go into your own Paystack or Credipay account. Each provider charges its own fees and tells you what they are directly. Ivory Key is paid only the monthly subscription; we take no share of what your guests pay you.

What if the network or the power goes?

Your front desk keeps working. Screens you have already opened stay readable, and check-in, checkout, room status and walk-ins are kept on the device and sent when the connection returns. Taking a payment needs a connection.

My staff aren’t computer people.

Each person sees only what their job needs, on their own phone. Tell us who is on your team and we will say honestly whether it fits.

Can my front desk staff remove a charge or give a refund?

They can add charges and record cash, POS and transfers. Reversing a charge or approving a refund needs a manager, or you. A reversed line stays on the guest’s bill, with its reason.

What does it cost, and is there anything extra?

Plans are in naira, from ₦49,000.00 a month, and the first 14 days are free with no card. You pay us the monthly price. Paystack or Credipay charge their own fees on guest payments.

Do you add VAT and Lagos consumption tax to the bill?

Not yet. Ivory Key does not add VAT or consumption tax to a guest’s bill, so add them as you do today.

Bring your worst Saturday night. We’ll run it in Ivory Key.

Tell us about a guest who left owing, a double-booked room or a missing caution fee. We’ll show you what would have happened.
